“My career goal is to become a leader at the intersection of digital product management and social responsibility.”

Chris says if there’s one thing he’s learned from working with social mission organizations, it’s the importance of unwavering empathy for the user when making decisions because compromising product functionality could have a critical impact on the client, customer, or beneficiary. He also understands that weak designs can undermine great ideas and ultimately make them fail. His work experience at ThoughtWorks, a technology company that also advocates for social change provided him a significant glimpse of how software engineering, design and business work together for positive change. At MITidm, Chris practiced core concepts in product innovation to build the skills and knowledge to become a leader at the intersection of digital product management and social responsibility. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Psychology from Wheaton College.
