“Design must be a means of adapting to the time in which we live. I will use my experience to tackle future social and design challenges especially as they relate to our domestic experiences.”

She is primarily an architect, but María is breaking out of the confines of the traditional career to design products and experiences that adapt better to domestic needs and living situations. She feels her professional background puts her in a valuable position to bring the concepts of the physical and digital dimensions together. María immersed herself in learning human-centered design, manufacturing, entrepreneurship and management in order to innovate the best integrated solutions for this new future. María holds a Bachelor of Science in Foundation of Architecture and a Master of Architecture from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
