As a design researcher and strategist, Nazlı loves studying people, understanding their needs and emotions, and creating experiences that delight them. While she has broad experience with physical product, digital, and service design, she is especially passionate about education and wellbeing.

Before MITidm, she worked at IBM as a Senior Consultant specializing in customer experience and innovation. During her time there, she helped her clients from the telecommunications, banking, insurance, and education industries solve their business problems and design better customer experiences through human-centered design. Her efforts were recognized with an IBM Excellence and Eminence Award, 5 IBM Manager’s Choice Awards, and an IBM Tutor Recognition MEA Award.
