“Design for me began as a new way of thinking…asking better questions, uncovering better insights. I now look at the world with the intent of improving people’s experiences.”

Luciana is transforming education in Peru, a country where the majority of children do not have access to high quality formal education. Working at Innova Schools with a strong focus on the user experience that will ultimately change the way kids learn, Luciana is not content with the status quo. She is motivated to design solutions to the achievement gaps that sparked inspiration in her home country but exist around the world. Luciana’s ideas will help teachers personalize instruction to the way children learn, instead of forcing students to adapt to specific teaching methods without success. Luciana received a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacifico in Lima.
