Though most of her professional experience is in the corporate sector, Gabriela is fascinated by the human brain and its decision-making process. She wants to design experiences that will help survivors of abuse overcome trauma. Because abuse affects all aspects of life – physically, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually – Gabriela knows that a holistic approach is crucial. What if the right data analysis could predict the severity of impact based on a person’s individual characteristics and thus customize treatment? That’s the essential question Gabriela wants to answer using technology and neuroscience to design more impactful solutions. She received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from the University of Piura in her native Peru.
