As a maker and first-generation entrepreneur, Prem has learned a lot by trial and error in building his venture (a makerspace) to democratize access to hands-on hardware learning in India. He is a firm believer that innovation lies at an intersection of disciplines and continues to drive this thought forward as an educator by mentoring young minds globally. His current focus area is to enable people from non-STEM backgrounds (especially artists and designers) to actively leverage tech skills like coding, electronics prototyping, and digital fabrication to drive sustenance. He is committed to the cause of empowering the community with the practical application of technology to enhance their lives. Prem holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the Netaji Subhas University of Technology in Delhi, India.
